By using Ascend AI ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Ascend AI provides AI-powered face analysis and personalized self-improvement recommendations. The app uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos you provide and generate scores, feedback, and tips. Results are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical, cosmetic, or professional advice.
You must be at least 17 years old to use the app. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen, which will permanently remove all your data.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. They auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

AI-generated scores and recommendations are subjective assessments produced by machine learning models. They are not objective truths, medical diagnoses, or professional evaluations. Results may vary between analyses. Do not make significant personal, medical, or financial decisions based solely on the app's output.
The app, its design, code, AI models, and content are owned by Ascend AI. You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating your analysis.
Ascend AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated analysis results.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by using the delete account feature in Settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
